Lauren and Paul established Black Property Central Coast with a clear mission: to infuse their core values of honesty and reliability into every aspect of their business. Annamaria is a dedicated and hardworking professional who has built her career on a foundation of strong values, ethics, and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done, no matter the challenge. Her journey in the real estate industry began in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant, and through determination and a passion for the field, she quickly transitioned into a Property Associate role before rising to the position of Property Manager at Black Property.
When she’s not caring for client properties, Annamaria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, indulging in her love for cooking, and savouring delicious food.
