Did you know that you can change your property manager anytime?
It’s a common misconception that you have to wait until your tenant is out of a fixed lease before you can change property managers. However, you do have the right to change.
Once you confirm that we are the right fit for you, all you need to do is complete a simple form which will give us the authorisation to handle the transfer, allowing for 30 days’ notice.
